FREE DELIVERY: Duck Key to Sugarloaf Key
We offer free kayak delivery mile marker 62 to mile marker 20. Marathon, Key Colony Beach, Grassy key, Duck Key, Big Pine Key, Torch Keys, Cudjoe Key and Sugarloaf Key are all included in free delivery and pick-up. Deliveries South of the 7 mile bridge may take longer. On the map our delivery area is the “Middle Keys” and “Lower Keys”. If you are outside the free delivery area you can text us to see if we can set up an afternoon or night delivery with a delivery fee based on your location.
No-Contact Delivery
When your order is for multiple days you don’t need to be present for drop-off or pickup if you make it easy for us to drop them off and pick them up.
You DO need to be present for Sombrero Beach deliveries.
Sombrero Beach Delivery
Enjoy free delivery and pick-up to Sombrero Beach on all orders 8AM to 5PM. All our rentals must be off the water by 5PM at Sombrero Beach. We’ll drop off your kayaks at the convenient grassy area between the volleyball courts and the fishing pier, near the end of Sombrero Beach Road. Explore the nearby Whiskey Creek mangrove tunnels—a perfect launch point is right there at Sombrero Beach.

DISCOUNTS
Tours: If you book a tour of 6 or more people your group will receive a 10% discount by entering code “Marathon6” on the checkout page. We cap our tour sizes at 12 people but can accommodate private parties of any size.
Rentals: We offer 10% off to all rentals of $250 or more by entering coupon code “rentalten”, 15% off to all rentals of $500 or more by entering coupon code “rentalfifteen”, and 20% off to all rentals of $800 or more by entering coupon code “rentaltwenty” at the top of the checkout page.
Refund and Cancel Policy
If we cancel for any reason (i.e. weather) the customer always gets a 100% refund minus the 3% booking fee. If the Customer cancels 24 hours or more before their booking, they receive a 90% refund. If the customer cancels less than 24 hours before their booking, they receive an 80% refund. If the customer cancels less than 1 hour before their booking, they receive a 50% refund. If the customer misses their booking and does not call us before the launch time, they are considered a no-show and there is no refund for a no-show. Instead of canceling the customer can always reschedule for free as long as they reschedule more than 2 hours before the tour they intially signed up.
